Broadlawns Baby Shower

Twice a year, the residents and wives of residents at Broadlawns Medical Center host a baby shower for our ladies who are pregnant.  The past two showers we've also included our engaged residents to make it a combo baby/bridal shower.  This spring I was included!  It was our first shower for Baby Kane and was a really fun event.  We also got a lot of good baby stuff!  Everyone was very generous!  Typically we give individual gifts if you want to,  or you can contribute money to the "group gift" and we're able to give each lady a bigger present.  All the other moms-to-be were 2nd or 3rd time Moms and got new carseats or even a double stroller from the group.
