One Month!

Jack is one month old!  Here are some of his statistics and things he's doing:

• Jack weighs 9 lbs 12 ounces... he put on 2 pounds on in 2 weeks from his 2 week checkup!
• He's still a breastfed baby, eating every 2-3 hours.  
• He's sleeping about 2-3 hours at a time, however in the past few days he's been stretching it to a few 4 hour episodes at night (So refreshing for Mommy!)
•  Smiles are starting to come out... typically just flickers of a smile when he's sleeping but they are adorable!
• He's wearing mostly 0-3 month clothes... some newborns still fit but are getting tight
• He loves being outside and going for walks... sometimes when he's crying and we can't figure out what's wrong a walk is the only thing that will put him right to sleep

I start back to work full time tomorrow.  Thankfully my mom is here for 2 weeks to watch Jack now that James and I are both back to work.  In the 2 days that she's been here so far she's managed to watch Jack, do all the dishes, make all meals, and clean our entire kitchen.  Such a big help!
