We Own a House!

Last week we went up to Neenah and closed on our house!  We are officially homeowners!

Jack liked inspecting his new home.

He crawled all around the empty rooms

Already getting his handprints on the windows! 

Grandma and Grandpa were able to come up with us and see the house for the first time too!

It was a quick trip, just up from Barrington for the day to close, see the house, have dinner, and then back that night because my sister got married last weekend!  (More on that in a later post).

The movers are coming on Wednesday to pack our things, the truck is being loaded on Thursday, I graduate residency on Friday, and we drive up to Wisconsin on Saturday!  I can't believe we have less than a week left in Des Moines.  We will definitely miss it but are excited to start the new chapter in our lives!
